Thank you. The team is aware but I'm sure it will be at least a few days or more to check on this.

Dear Advanced:

I need your direction. I tried to reinstall Malwarebytes to get a Premium Trial so that I could get the Beta update. When I tried to create an Account, the system says I already have one and won't let me proceed.

I'll create a New Topic if needs be.

Please help me with where to go to correct or reset my Account.

I didn't know I had one other than with this Forum.

Thank you

Hello Porthos

No, I never close it that way, but tried after I read your post. No error was shown in Reliability History. I have had numerous errors almost daily from October 21st. I tried to Uninstall using the Support Tool, and re-install hoping that would help; but to no avail.

AdvancedSetup suggested it might be repaired using the new Beta version, but surprisingly, another PC my wife uses, largely configured the same (but hers is a newer SSD) does not have the problem. And as a free user, I cannot access the Beat version to test.

PS to AdvancedSetup: I corrected my Account issue. Thank you.

Since you use the free version there is no reason to keep it running in the tray except to advertise to you at times.

Next time you have it in the tray right click and uncheck the start with Windows. Then exit.
