Licensing issues

I'm having the same problem. Additionally, when I log in to re "activate" my product, it shows it is installed on three devices when I am only using one device. I have to continually delete two of the three devices to proceed. I have an open ticket for over a week but have not heard from anyone. I've also just installed the ticket logger which found my ticket but there was an error uploading the logs.

Just to let others know, I had this problem since June. After my 4th new license key and my devices continuing to get deactivated and replaced by unknown devices, I unfortunately gave up and asked for a refund. Not sure what this problem is and why they couldn't fix it. I had been using Malwarebytes for over 10 years. Was always happy with the product.
