IP Grabbing Site

I'm an avid user of the Fediverse (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fediverse), but I noticed that a particularly large instance is ran by an administrator who openly admits to grabbing IP addresses from users and might even publicly post their IP addresses through the use of Emojis. Of course, as someone very privacy-oriented, I take doxing very seriously. Especially when the threat comes from a site administrator given they have access to emails, IP addresses, and potentially plaintext passwords.

I believe that this website was blocked previously but for some reason it was lifted. I believe that to be a mistake.
