My devices are deactivated all the time

I am very frustrated with Malwarebytes support, tickets have been submitted and no one is responding.
What do I do Every 3-5 days my devices are kicked and devices are hidden in My Account as in the screenshot.

my devices are deactivated all the time, very annoying. 

No one is replying, is this movement intentional by Malwarebytes?
To buy a new license or what, if there is a problem with the system in this is a very strange thing. How to be the designer of the anti-virus system and you do not know how to solve normal problems such as “licensing” this is something that worries me.

The problem has been going on for more than 3 months now. This is very annoying.

Normally it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response. Each ticket submitted starts the wait all over again.

I you have submitted more than one ticket, that is why you seem to not get a response.
