Can you please tell me why https://www.eurekakennels.com.au/ is blocked?

Hi there,

Our client https://www.eurekakennels.com.au/ has a customer unable to access the website as Malwarebytes has flagged it as malicious. 

Can you please let me know how to fix this and why it is considered malicious? 

The SSL certificates are all up to date, WordPress and PHP are both on the most recent version, all plugins are up to date and we also have security software running on the website and the server itself.

My only thought is that it's an issue with the shared hosting environment, but any insight would be much appreciated.

This what probably got it blocked. https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/115.178.17.92 The IP the site is on.

Staff will evaluate and reply.
