What if I don't have access to my account?

I have a Malwarebytes key that I activated on one of my PCs, but I don't have access to the account that the key is linked to. If someone were to access that account, what information would they be able to see? Could they see my passwords, files, apps, data, or my search history?

No, Not at all.

Did you buy the key or was it given to you by a friend or relative??

I purchased the key off a 3rd Party Website, but I did not receive the email. Is there any way to get access to the email?

That is not good. You most likely bought a key sold to other folks as well. When it hits the activation limit for that key they all get shutdown.

Was this a yearly key?

Lifetime. I already activated it on my PC so it is linked, but I don't have the email.

Lifetime keys were discontinued mid 2014. What you bought ,even though it activated is a pirate key. Do not be surprised if it deactivates soon. You will not have any recourse.

It's a legit key. I bought it from someone on Discord.

If you really feel it is a legit key do the following.

Please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get help Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

Ask to validate the key and add your email to have control of the key. Good luck.

I'm sorry but all licensing issues are handled by Customer Support.

If the license sale is legitimate they'll assist you in setting up your my account.
