Every 48 hours or so my premium goes back to free.

 

I then have to login to my account. they send me a code to email. i enter code, go to 'subscriptions', click on 3 dots, cancel out my 1 license. Then copy paste my license into the free malwarebytes and activate it. Good for about 48 hours again.

They are the only ones that can fix licensee issues.
