Hello, recently I have installed the malwarebytes web browser guard addon to my brave browser and just yesterday I accidentally entered a malicious website that was blocked by the guard. It was the aliexpress ad website (the one thats usually on the top of the browser after searching for it) and as i clicked on it the guard stopped me from entering it due to 'phishing'. The guard it says I was actually on was called 'shk.cx''

I now have 2 questions

1.  Since the guard has already blocked me from entering the website, does it mean it will not affect my computer

2. Is this a false positive.

Please let me know I have been worried for a while, Thanks

1. Won't affect comptuer

2. Yes and no. It depends on the rest of the URL as it is a shorten URL service. In fact, it probably shouldn't have been blocked but these shorten url services often get abused and redirect to phish pages.
