Hello I need to remove this IP from the Malwarebytes: 5.9.215.4 (srvde.hostdom140.com) - Currently we do not have any malware infections or attacks on the server and several of the accounts hosted on our Hoting such as: granbretana.edu.ec report Malwarebytes blocks from their computers when trying to access. Can you help me? - A week ago we had an attack but it was resolved and the threat was cleaned up.

We are a hosting company and we take care of the security of our users. The loading of the malware was done through an external attack by the use of outdated Joomla extensions. The customer was notified and all traces of infection were removed. However, my IP address was banned and my clients cannot access their hosting service. Your help please with the delist.

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
