malware is incorrectly blocking access to my site www.allpencilsdown.net

Liquidweb is my hosting company and their scans found nothing and they say malware bytes produces lots of false positives - how can we get my site unblocked?

You may need to clear these sites that say malware is distributed from that site:

Also, can you post a screenshot of the blocking message back here so we know what is blocking it and why. May need to move this to a different forum to get the right staff member involved.

This is just one of the screens customers have sent us but the common element seems to be they are all running this program.

We actually found nothing on our site to fix or remove.  We did remove some old broken back links.  I ran that virus program you sent but did not really see anything actionable in that report.  So we think malware bytes needs to stop blocking our site.

Staff has asked that you contact and clear with those three sites that say you have malware so that Malwarebytes can clear you, but there is no indication that you have done that.

I have no idea what you are talking about.  All our efforts have found nothing of a malware sort.  We will need more info - we did not say we found 3 sites with malware.

Thanks - is this a new kind of  "Ransom ware" where they make you pay a fee to stop erroneously listing your site as having problems?

The programmer says the files are not there and wants to know how to delete files that are not there.

Hi,

The programmer must have figured it out as the links are reporting as 404 now. Thank you! I imagine it's different for each web hosting company, I know through GoDaddy they offered a "File Manager" where you can upload new files and folders.

The domain will be unblocked in the next update.
