Not showing on context menu

Recommended Posts

Installed mbam, its normally default to display mbam on right click, and the box is checked, ive even checked context menu editors, mbam is selected, but its not showing up on right click, i like to scan individual files, and right click is great. Im running Windows 7 64bit Ultimate, and a purchased version of mbam. The right click menu worked fine on win xp pro. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Greetings and welcome reaver :) .

Currently the context menu entry for Malwarebytes' is not x64 compatible, but it is accessible through the browse option in any 32 bit program you may be running (such as Internet Explorer, which by default is 32 bit in x64 versions of Windows). The developers have stated that they do plan to implement a 64 bit compatible version of the shell extension in the future.

So theres no way to individually scan single or just a few files in x64? And Mbam doesnt have a option to scan specific folders just quick scan and full scan.
