Malwarebytes Premium for iOS available without VPN bundle?

Do not want the VPN bundle, just the MWB Premium alone. Is this possible? If so, what is the cost for 1 device?

Certainly, you can purchase from here in whatever configuration and number of devices you like (within reason):

That page only offers 1 or 5 device, but when you click Buy Now, you can customize the number of devices and get an exact price.

BTW, due to Apple's restrictions against allowing iOS apps to be activated with a license key, you'll need to have an account set up with the same e-mail you used to purchase. You should get some info about how to set up the account after your purchase... either in the confirmation page on the website after the purchase or in an e-mail, or maybe both.

Once you've got that account set up, you should be able to log into it in the iOS app to activate the subscription there. If you ever want to move the subscription to a new phone, you'll need to deactivate on the first one, or log into the account and remove the first phone from there.
