I purchased this site (why.do) and moved it to my server.  I understand at some point it was impacted by malware or a trojan but has since been cleaned.

This URL can not be found, how are you finding it?  maybe on the last server before I bought it?

Can you verify you are resolving pete.ns.cloudflare.com and roxy.ns.cloudflare.com as the who.do nameservers? I just updated it today.
