Malwarebytes showing not licensed, crickets from support #3988113

My Malwarebytes is showing as unlicensed, I even accidentally bought a second license because the website says my license isn't active, but it shows up as paid for. I submitted a ticket for a refund on the second purchase and help with the licensing issue 8 days ago and have heard nothing from support about this and my account is still broken.

This isn't simply an install issue as the website shows it as a problem too, and my "trial" period is almost over. Is there any support who can help me? I don't want to have to switch to a different program or do a charge back for the second license but I'm starting to feel like that is my only option here
