Our customers complain that Malwarebytes blocks our subdomain https://downloads.ht-vector.com which is used for downloading our parental control and productivity management software.

Please note, the subdomain https://downloads.ht-vector.com is also used to additional download the program exe files during the installation.

 

Also, Malwarebytes Firewall blocks our software from sending information to our customer's online dashboards, for our programs HT Family Shield and HT Task Vector. Please add their exe files to your firewall whitelist list

C:\Program Files (x86)\HTPC360\htpc_web.exe sends info to https://family.ht-vector.com

C:\Program Files (x86)\HTTV360\ httv.exe sends info to https://manage.ht-vector.com
