Website Blocked - False Positive

Our local power company has an emergency website with information on what to do in the event of a nuclear disaster at a local power plant. It seems MB Browser Guard is blocking it, can it please be unblocked?

You need to either bypass the block or turn off the following setting. I have been advised that they will no longer whitelist suspicious TLD domains.
