Solution thisisu Posted August 22, 2022 Solution ID:1529440 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Hi, Thanks for reporting. This will be fixed in about 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half. Regards Link to post
mkjameson Posted August 22, 2022 Author ID:1529566 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Thank you. It seems to be removed from Malwarebytes database! This most likely is not related to this forum but I also get a block for this site by safebrowse.io. Do you know where I need to report for that block to be removed as well? Link to post
Porthos Posted August 22, 2022 ID:1529568 Share Posted August 22, 2022 You also want to contact all of the vendors on this list as well. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/baa75e749a68ac6fcbbd09388d35d2693a0f519dbbb949ddb53f6c8025d6dad5?nocache=1 1 Link to post
mkjameson Posted August 22, 2022 Author ID:1529572 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Thank you. Do you know how to contact those vendors? Some of them don't offer any method to communicate or report the block. Link to post

You will have to do some Googling and like you said, Some have no way to contact. In some cases, when you get as many contacted as you can, sometimes others will delist them as well. Link to post
mkjameson Posted August 22, 2022 Author ID:1529593 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Appreciate it! It's just annoying that most of these vendors (ie; safebrowse.io) onlt mention the website is suspeciouse without saying who they are and how to contact them. If you go to their wbsite (hxxps://safebrowse.io), you will see there is absoluteyl no information as who they are. After some googling it seems they work with ISP companies like Comcast or AT&T but couldn't find the place to report. Link to post

After some googling it seems they work with ISP companies like Comcast Since you are using Comcast as your ISP, It is an additional install you installed because they offered it. I never suggest anyone use anything an ISP offers for protection. We could find it for you and direct you on uninstalling if you wish but we would need some logs from you to do that. Link to post
mkjameson Posted August 22, 2022 Author ID:1529601 Share Posted August 22, 2022 I'm pretty sure nothing is installed on the computer from Comcast because I get the same warning on all devices and even cellphones. I think comcast has it installed on the router or their own network. hat being said, I don;t mind sharing the log if it doesn't include any sensitive information. Where should I get the log from?
