Pyinstaller exe's randomly being marked as positives

This is a rather frequent occurrence that tools I build and package with Pyinstaller are randomly marked as different types of malware or viruses. Two different ones that have been fine for week and suddenly now marked are attached.

I am sure this is because some nefarious people are also using the legitimate tool to package their bad software with. It would be great if Malwarebytes could figure out how to tell the difference between the packer itself and the offending code.

You can read the code yourself and build it (`pip install -r requirements.txt` then `pyinstaller avif_83q.py --onefile`) to try it out / get better at not detecting this stuff.
