The website is not malicious: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/4da7985604354d3859315bef4d79078326f42efc33a6d489e732115261aab09f and the server was completely rebuild from scratch. Also the website code base and the website itself was never malicious. The exploit was using the server to send emails, nonetheless the website was rebuild from sources. I would suggest you make visible or provide an unblock request form, as using the form for something like this is not the way to go. Best regards.
