License issue with Malwarebytes

I recently purchased a 2 year license for 3 devices and I am getting the exact same issue as what you have described.  After a while, my devices will have Malwarebytes revert to the free version and I will be unable to activate my license due to the device limit being reached. When I login to my account, I find blank devices using all my licenses, which I need to remove manually before reactivating my own devices. This usually only works for a few days before it happens again.

License issues is one issue only the support desk can address.

Please submit only one ticket/request or your ticket will be further delayed.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
