Blocked public OpenNIC DNS server address

Hello. I got report from my VDS hosting service that Malwarebytes detects address as "riskware".

Report from submitter is here:

I’ve been using dnscrypt-proxy.exe for at least three years, so this is a surprise.

Please advise. Thanks.

There are no malicious services/scanners/sites other than a public DNS server, so this mark is not at all clear to me.
