I received a message from support saying the reason our client's site was being blocked was because of a file on one of the pages. They provided these reports.

I sent this to our Dev team and they told me that the issue had been fixed a long time and the above reports were out of date. Their response:

We had an issue with that file, but its been fixed over a year. The file that’s flagged doesn’t even exist: https://vanproducts.com/js/lib/ccard.js

Tell them to compare the scans from a year ago to now as clearly its not being flagged by 99% of the monitors and the 2 that are left are old and haven’t been updated.

How can we fix this issue so our client's site no longer gets flagged?
