Backdoor Farfli always found when scanning system

Hello there,
I happen to run Malwarebytes about every week or so, and each time I do, multiple threats named "Backdoor Farfli" are listed, as well as other no-reoccuring compromising programs.

So does anyone know why this keeps on showing up?

I have already installed FRSTx64, but I do not know how to use it and thus I have not yet even tried running it.

• Temporarily disable your antivirus or other security software first. Make sure to turn it back on once the scans are completed.

Step 1

• Please download the Malwarebytes Support Tool (MBST).
• Run MBST and accept license agreement.
• In the left navigation pane of MBST, click Advanced.
• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine.
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply.
