This is because you have rootkit scanning enabled and malwarebytes is copying ASWCMNBS.DLL from somewhere on your system to there. Rootkit scanning should only be enabled if there is a detection we have trouble removing. Rootkit scanning also disables some whitelisting so this may be why it it detected. This is related probably to avast driver update. you can set that to ignore if you want to use it.
