false positive please whitelist my apps

Hi,

 I have over 12000 customers many of which use malwarebytes please whitelist my files as currently they all have to disable malwarebytes to use my software which isnt something i wish to recommend since i am also a customer and i love malwarebytes.

 

My files are attached.

The softwares are a gaming vpn and a geo fence software which interacts with the firewall to create a geo fence.

Are they detected by the installed Malwarebytes?

Could you provide a log from Malwarebytes as the files you attached are not detected.

You can find Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location

 

 

RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged

 

 

If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.

I currently see no detections. Some advice. properly fill out the version info for sbmmoff.exe. Leaving as windowsapp3 is something malware does a lot. Also sign the files if possible.
