So I ran the privacy checker and I don't know what to make of this.

Why would those apps be able to install apps, I never gave permission.  When I check under settings, it doesn't seem like any of those apps can install apps?

App Box can. The others have the "Potential" It is making you aware of that.

I personally do not use Malwarebytes for android as my phone is used as a phone and very little else.

Someone will come along to offer more insight.

I am worried because my phone has been burning through it's battery and it has been dropping signal kinda weirdly.  It's definitely not running as it was before
