False positive (survs com)

Hi! Some of our users have reported that Malwarebytes Premium shows a warning when they visit our site (survs com). Our service allows users to create online surveys. Recently, a user tried to use our service for phishing through an online survey. We were quick to act, promptly suspended the user for violating our terms of service and deleted the problematic survey. Unfortunately, even though we acted quickly our domain seems to have been added to your list. We would appreciate if you could remove the warning. Thank you.
