The secure URL you have referred to is either incorrect or does not have a valid certificate to allow that communication to occur.  Additionally, attempts to go to widex.pro redirect to widexpro.com.  I cannot say authoritatively that is correct behavior, so we need more from you in order to know how to proceed,

Perhaps the block is of an indirect nature.  When you get blocked, click on the Browser Guard icon and see if anything shows up with a red spider,  If so, that is something being blocked because it is supposedly malicious.  You can also go into Browser Guard's Support tab, download Browser Guard Debug Log and attach it to your reply here.  Maybe that will yield some usable information.
