Solution gonzo Posted July 5, 2022 Solution ID:1523498 Share Posted July 5, 2022 The secure URL you have referred to is either incorrect or does not have a valid certificate to allow that communication to occur. Additionally, attempts to go to widex.pro redirect to widexpro.com. I cannot say authoritatively that is correct behavior, so we need more from you in order to know how to proceed, Link to post
elliottq9 Posted July 5, 2022 Author ID:1523580 Share Posted July 5, 2022 thank you. I will let you know more if I learn more. Link to post
gonzo Posted July 5, 2022 ID:1523597 Share Posted July 5, 2022 Is the block something that you encountered, or something that was reported to you by someone else? Link to post
elliottq9 Posted July 6, 2022 Author ID:1523639 Share Posted July 6, 2022 it is something I encounter when I click a URL in a Widex app of theirs that I use on my PC to adjust an electronic device. The link is supposed to take me to a widex site to teach me more about the app. I am trying to report it to widex too. Link to post
gonzo Posted July 6, 2022 ID:1523646 Share Posted July 6, 2022 Perhaps the block is of an indirect nature. When you get blocked, click on the Browser Guard icon and see if anything shows up with a red spider, If so, that is something being blocked because it is supposedly malicious. You can also go into Browser Guard's Support tab, download Browser Guard Debug Log and attach it to your reply here. Maybe that will yield some usable information. Link to post
elliottq9 Posted August 18, 2022 Author ID:1529125 Share Posted August 18, 2022 thanx Gonzo. I had sent in info a couple of weeks ago and they determined it was an inappropriate block and fixed it. Link to post
