Issues with GlobalProtect

Periodically the date of the signature files isn't properly being updated and will cause my GlobalProtect client to report my host is out of compliance and will be unable to connect.

The resolution has been to re-install the client and reboot, this will likely happen again with the next 2 weeks.  I'm looking for any logs or debugs I should collect to fully report the current state and what is causing the issue.

This sounds to me like you have an Endpoint installation. If so it needs to be move to the appropriate https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/109-malwarebytes-for-business-support/ forum.

Just to provide a bit more information, to submit a ticket, fill out this form https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/requests/new to get help. Please submit only one ticket/request. Additional tickets will increase the delay.

Then return here and post the ticket number so that @CHMOD_777can help expedite it.

Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.
