Hi. I’ve been an avid torrent user in the past and want to change my ways. Hence I want to be 100% sure my pc is not infected from here on out. Thanks in advance.

My suggestion if you really want to turn a new leaf and have a clean, secure, and safe computer is to back up your personal data (not programs and junk you've collected over the years) and then do a CLEAN install of Windows 11 if your hardware supports it. If not, then a CLEAN install of Windows 10

No matter how much time you spend cleaning the current computer there are files and registry changes you'll never know if it's safe and working as designed.

It really doesn't take that long to install Windows. Then configure how you want over a couple of days. Then image it with Macrium Reflect as a master image. Then you can restore very quickly at any point regardless of what happens to the computer.
