MBBR stopped working

We have been trying to get MBBR to work all day, appears that it stopped working on April 25th, but just getting at it now.


The problem we have when trying to running remotely is that it cannot reach the keystore servers, even though when we go to https://keystone.mwbsys.com/ we see OK in the top left.


09:58:07 Registering product key...
09:58:07 Failed to connect to keystone servers.
09:58:07 updating
09:58:07 No active product key. Please register a product key.


If we try to run it manually, mbbr.exe register -key *licensekey* we get catastrophic failure.


We are licensed until next year, but I can't contact support because my email isn't associated to the account apparently and there is no way to talk to support to tell them this.
