Suddenly a blue screen came on says Your Device Had some problems

Suddenly a blue screen came on says Your Device Had some problems and will restart

On the left side of the screen it had one of those squares that people scan with thier phones cameras.

It was doing something

Then my computer restarted.

 

When it happened I had done a search on Facebook for Driving Safe videos, it was showing one video after the other, then that happened.

 

This just happened

 

I ran the Free Version Malwarebytes Scan just now, it did not show anything. 

 

I have Windows 10, HP computer

• Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
• In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
• In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
• Run the MBST Support Tool
• In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

I took a bit looking for that file :)

I had to run it twice to find it

I deleted the one from last year or so

Is the first blue screen for this activity?

That was the only blue screen, maybe a hour ago

Blue screens can happen and I suggest you let it go and if it happens again I would go to https://www.sysnative.com/forums/ and sign up there. They are the experts on BSOD's
