I personally did not have a block so we have to wait on staff to check on it.

Be sure you have the latest update and check again just to see if that was the issue..

Could you post a screenshot showing the error?  I have accessed the site successfully using two different browsers, one with the consumer version of Malwarebytes and the other with the cloud business version.  No problems encountered here at all.

Hold down ALT then press PRINT SCREEN.  Immediately after doing that, launch the PAINT program and press CTRL-V.  That should copy the screenshot from your clipboard into a file. Save the file in PAINT.  It should go into your DOWNLOADS directory.

Thank you for that.  While it is the common screenshot for what you are describing, I just wanted to make sure.  I can access the site with no issue.  I don't know if they have a single site or if everything is CDN-based, but try going to a command prompt (Windows Start menu > cmd), and type:

ping api.nzbplanet.net

I go to 104.25.161.115 with fast response.  I am curious whether you go (or try to go) to the same address.  Also, try modifying the URL in your browser's address bar to:

https://api.nzbplanet.net

See what happens...

on cmd i can easy ping it no data loss.

I use the same url you give me and it is the same.

i dont now how to go to 104.25.161.115

Aften i update my AdGurd (adblock) today i cant load the page when i exit Malwarebytes and exit AdGurd, i cant load the page.

I think the problem is something else maybe a setting in win 11

The screenshot you posted shows that you were not using https protocol to get to the website, which is why I said to try putting in https://api.nzbplanet.net in your browser's address bar.  Please note the underlined and bold part.  You will want to see the padlock as it appears in my address bar. (see the attachment)

If that doesn't work, pinging the site and finding the same URL means DNS is working.  No data loss means you are able to access it, so your networking is okay.  That would narrow it down to a problem in your browser (most likely), possibly TLS security.  It never hurts to do Windows Update again, and when it completes, try one more time.  It messed me up yesterday, and persistence got it working again.  They do it on Tuesday nights, and because Windows 11 is new, they might still be figuring out how not to cause things to break.

I have a thought to add to this.

Please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thanks

You also are running 2 programs known to conflict with Malwarebytes web protection. Bitdefender and AD Guard.

Please refer to this support article which lists several known applications which conflict with the Web Protection in Malwarebytes

You have several choices.

DNS is what lets users connect to websites using domain names instead of IP addresses

  • Google Public DNS: IPv4   8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4   IPv6   2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844
  • Cloudflare: IPv4   1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1   IPv6   2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001
  • OpenDNS: IPv4   208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220  IPv6  2620:119:35::35 and 2620:119:53::53
  • DNSWATCH: IPv4   84.200.69.80 and 84.200.70.40   IPv6  2001:1608:10:25::1c04:b12f and 2001:1608:10:25::9249:d69b
