Can't Open Malwarebytes

Hello, I have a two problems, first is I can't open malwarebyte's I am gettin a error "unnable to connect servcie" second is even if somehow is opening the full scan is taking horrible much time to scan it, like 10 hours+ and also seems is getting "freeze" at some files when the program is scanning for like few seconds/mins and is move foward. Please someone to check logs if its possible. Thanks!

Good day, @Dardani

Unfortunately, you're running Kaspersky Free antivirus. It is extremely difficult to run Kaspersky and Malwarebytes these days without some type of conflict.

If you're using the paid version of Malwarebytes it's even worse due to our protection modules.

 

Since you have Windows 10 - it comes with Windows Defender which is a pretty good antivirus. You can run the paid or free version of Malwarebytes alongside Windows Defender without the issue if you so desire.

Basically, you need to make a choice of either continuing with Kaspersky or Malwarebytes or spending a lot of time and effort trying to keep them working together.
