skaterdad Posted June 20, 2022 Author ID:1521297 Share Posted June 20, 2022 The log is below, if I've done it right. If not, please tell me the procedure to get the proper log. The executable is attached. It may be easier to get the file from www.concept2.com/ergrace. The Ransomware flagging did not occur until well into operation of the app which you may not be able to do without attached hardware. I am familiar with the software (I work directly with the developer and have access to source code) and would be happy to provide assistance. ---- Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Protection Event Date: 6/20/22 Protection Event Time: 11:46 AM Log File: 2a4a4f20-f0b0-11ec-b6c8-18037326f9c1.json -Software Information- Version: 4.5.9.198 Components Version: 1.0.1699 Update Package Version: 1.0.56327 License: Premium -System Information- OS: Windows 10 (Build 19044.1766) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: System -Ransomware Details- Registry Key: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Value: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data: 0 (No malicious items detected) File: 1 Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic, C:\Program Files\Concept2\ErgRace\ErgRace.exe, Quarantined, 0, 392685, 0.0.0, e7ea45b7966c5c2ab01e5bc75a4409fc, e963699278c9dacbbfb1bef042f965d43456f53185f2cddf85f168d244c76837 (end) ErgRace.zip
