Clicked on phising and it was blocked by guard. Should I still be worried?

So I did the dumb think and accidentally clicked on a fishy Amazon for Business link which redirected me to a "malewarebyte browser guard"

Should I still be worried now and change all passwords etc or am I safe? :/

Your OP reads like your accidental click on the suspect link was blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard (MBG) before it even left your browser.

Because the suspect link was/is in the Malwarebytes' Browser Guard database, you were/are protected and there is no need to change any passwords. This is one of the better reasons for having the MBG extension installed in your browser.
