Infected with Trojan.VBS.TaskExecution

Just used all the resources you have provided me! all though non of them didnt really scan my backup drive, all scans came back clean except for Dr.Web thinking that my HWMonitor contains a trojan called Trojan.Muldrop

 

Also heres an autoruns just cause, hopefully things are still clean even after the OS reinstall!

You antivirus scans are clean and your Autoruns log is clean with nothing bad showing for the VirusTotal checks on files either.

Unless there is something else you're seeing the logs indicate the computer is clean at this time.

Thats good to hear!

I would start using some of my backup content which some of it is software or plugins for software, I could only hope not to accidentally launch yet another undetectable virus since I truly cannot pinpoint the source of how I got infected in the first place

I would not install older, save browser extensions. Get, new, fresh installs from the approved browser store only

 

Let's go ahead and do some clean-up work and remove the tools and logs we've run.

Please download KpRm by kernel-panik and save it to your desktop.

• right-click kprm_(version).exe and select Run as Administrator.
• Read and accept the disclaimer.
• When the tool opens, ensure all boxes under Actions are checked.
• Under Delete Quarantines select Delete Now, then click Run.
• Once complete, click OK.
• A log will open in Notepad titled kprm-(date).txt.
• Please attach that file to your next reply. (not compulsory)

 I do always keep my software and plug inside updates but some of the stuff I have are obsolete, unique or configurations that I cannot obtain by updating software

Some stuff I could re-download but were speaking thousands of stuff which would be unbearable

But thank you for giving me the stuff to clean up my pc from all the scans I have run! I have been looking forward to doing thst! Kinda keeping my pc junk free ya know?
