Make Malwarebyte help method obvious

I got my first malware despite having Malwarebytes Premium up and running. I went to the Malwarebytes website, already flustered. Then I began trying to figure out how to get help, which was doubly frustrating because as I finished filling out one questionnaire about my problem, only to take another click and get another one. Nowhere does it state the procedure for getting help. When I click Chat, I expect to Chat with a person, NOT a set of canned responses. That is a database lookup. It would be simple to provide a set of instructions on how to get help, something like -

"If you have followed X directions and your issue is still not resolved, visit our forums."

My PC is my livelihood, so when it breaks AFTER Malwarebytes doesn't protect it the way I think it should, it doesn't help that I get more frustrated just trying to figure out how to get help! 

I believe you should seriously consider creating a phone center, but given as you have not as of yet, please make it clear where to go to get help from your company.
