Back to the free version, and I can't activate it again with the license th

Hello. You will see the malwarebyte technical support provided me with a new license (which is not yet registered in my malwarebyte account) since the one I had was said to have problems and that is why malwarebyte returned to the free version every time. It has happened to me again with this new license, but since it is not yet registered in my malwarebytes account, I cannot deactivate my device to be able to activate malwarebytes again.

I believe that this error of returning to the free version is not a license error, since it has already been happening to me with 4 licenses. It is also not a problem that my PC or my email account have been hacked, since the new license does not even appear in my malwarebytes account. And I have analyzed my pc in safe mode with many antiviruses and they all say that it is not infected.

I have met people with this same error so it is not a problem with my pc.

My question is with this new license that technical support has provided me, but that is not yet registered in my account, how can I reactivate my malwarebyte? I get the error that the license is being used on another device.

Please create a ticket with support and work with them. We are unable to assist with Licensing issues.
