Website is being blocked even when on whitelist

The website "www.reddit.com/r/Warframe" is being blocked by the malwarebytes browser extension no matter what i do, even whitelisting it doesn't work, i have attached a .mp4 file to demonstrate.

I have tested it with Chrome and Firefox and am not blocked by either browser.  When I look at the list of extensions you are using, I immediately wonder why you have multiple versions of (what appears to be) the same extension running, what browser you are using, and if any of those extensions are causing unusual interactions with others.  If you are using Chrome or Edge, no Chromium extension is required.  If you are NOT using Chrome, Edge or Firefox, you may be using a browser that Browser Guard is not tested on AND may not be approved for use on.  I would obviously need to know more.

Finally, while you can go to an explicit website URL, Browser Guard's Allow List does not have that level of granularity.  An entry for "reddit.com" will work for any address whose domain matches that specification.  Anything more is just extra typing.
