Download address of DSync blocked & the tool itself was reported malicious

The Following tool reported as Malware/Trojan, but my research, Virustotal scans and getting in touch with the developer revealed that this must be a false positive:

http://dimiodati.altervista.org/zip/dsynchronize.html

The website may look old and will not be equipped with https, but the tool is still good.

Would be happy if someone may check and fix this.

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database. 

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
