My app is being detected as ransomware. (Support ticket 3884343)

Hello,

My app is being detected as ransomware in Malwarebytes Mobile Security.
My app is registered on Google Play, and it's been about 10 years since it was released and it's been downloading 3.2 million.
There is no threat to the app and it complies with Google Play's policy.

A type of ransomware that usually comes packaged as an adult-themed app and uses scare tactics, such as displaying FBI warnings, to trick victims into paying a ransom.

I wonder why your app says my app has this ransomware.

I sent an email to support-android@malwarebytes.com 3 days ago to correct this false positive
I received ticket 3884343 through an automatic mail reply that the request was received, but I have not received any contact yet.

This is an urgent situation where users of my app have started posting reviews that my app has been detected as ransomware by your app. 

I'm curious about the progress of my request,
I'm sending you an inquiry here because I'm worried if my request has disappeared.
I hope my request will be processed quickly and I hope I can know the progress.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  This issue has been resolved and will no longer be detected in future database versions.

We will have it live in about an hour or two.

Once it's live, you can force update Malwarebytes for Android to speed up the process: Manually update database in Malwarebytes for Android
