I'm trying to cancel a license and update my payment method but those options aren't available. I am also not able to simply cancel my subscription. I feel like I'm locked in and no way out. But it's unlikely that you will be able to resolve your problem on any forum because... For any of these issues: Renewals Refunds (including double billing) Cancellations Update Billing Info Multiple Transactions Consumer Purchases Transaction Receipt You must contact the sales support team by filling out this form https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/requests/new to get help. If you need help looking up your license details, please head here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1264. Be advised that the sales support team has been overwhelmed by support requests these days, so expect a five to seven business day delay to get a staff response.
