If your installed Malwarebytes is activated then you are are good. If not just activate Malwarebytes from within the program.

Do not worry about what the account portal is displaying

 I just wanted to be sure you did not add a another unneeded licensee to your one computer subscription.

Could you check you account and see if it still says 1/1 and has not jumped to 1/2 please.

I do suggest the following so you have the protection of both Windows Security and Malwarebytes.

Turn off the following setting Malwarebytes.
