Here is the generated fixlog. I would like to say that my keyboard, mouse, and other devices within the laptop are still not functioning and I'm only using the on screen keyboard to do all the typing required.

Should I follow the quote for the devices? Also how about the nvidia virtual audio and intel display audio that I uninstalled before but didn't come back after restarting what should I do for them? Are they gone permanently even though I followed the previous instructions?

Will update for the fixlog.

This is what's shown by the option regarding intel.high definition audio.

I also don't know where the general properties are for each of the devices mentioned which makes troubleshooting each of them undoable.

Also, uninstalling them and scanning for hardware changes changed nothing when I did it before.

What should I do next?

Take a break is kind of late.

It is actually morning again from where I'm from and people are taking breakfast again.

I would like to thank you for helping me again today. I'll be awake about 6 to 8 hours from now and I hope you could leave me more specific instructions of how and where to do certain things. Also, I am worried as I have uninstalled nvidia virtual audio and intel display audio as instructed before but after restarting they have not returned. Hope we could finish this today.

I will rest for now and thank you again for all you efforts.

Try these two commands at an elevated Command prompt:

RUNDLL32.EXE SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 C:\WINDOWS\INF\Keyboard.INF

RUNDLL32.EXE SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 C:\WINDOWS\INF\msmouse.inf

Let me know the outcome as far as the keyboard and mouse.

Here are the pictures showing what I typed into elevated Command prompt

No change observed in laptop keyboard and USB mouse.

Currently doing second instruction.
