Download the enclosed file.   Save it in the USB drive, next to FRST64. Insert the USB in the troubled computer and run FRST64 as you did before. Make sure you select the right drive.

This time around, click on the Fix button. A Fixlog.txt will be produced in the USB drive. Attach it to a reply for us to see.

If still unable to boot, then try this:

  • Boot to Advanced Startup Options.
  • Click/tap on Troubleshoot.
  • Click/tap on Advanced options.
  • Click/tap on Startup Repair.

If Windows is not able to fix it, a log will be produced. Let me know the path to that log.
