Every morning I get a message that I have exceeded my limit. I have renewed my subscription and I am good until May of 2023. The license key that I was given says it is not valid.

What is going on and is this the only way to get help?

Actually, you probably cannot get help this way.

If you need help looking up your license details, please head here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1264.

If that doesn't help then...

For any of these issues:

  • Renewals
  • Refunds (including double billing)
  • Cancellations
  • Update Billing Info
  • Multiple Transactions
  • Consumer Purchases
  • Transaction Receipt

You must contact the sales support team by filling out this form https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/requests/new to get help.

Also be advise that the sales support team is always backed up with wait times often around five to seven business days, and since it's the weekend you'll have to wait even longer.
