I want to remove all of them. Below I have attached the scan Report. Scan Report.txt
Maurice Naggar Posted May 25, 2022 ID:1516995 Share Posted May 25, 2022 Hello @Manish_Singh My name is Maurice. I will guide you. Let's do one scan with Malwarebytes Adwcleaner to check for adwares. Just before pressing that "scan" button, be sure that Chrome & Edge, or other web browser are Closed. It will not take much time, First download & save it https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038520054-Download-and-install-Malwarebytes-AdwCleaner Then be sure to close all web browsers. Then go to where the EXE file is saved. Start Adwcleaner. Then do a scan with Adwcleaner https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038520114-Malwarebytes-AdwCleaner-scan-and-clean Attach the clean log. Solution Maurice Naggar Posted May 25, 2022 Solution ID:1517006 Share Posted May 25, 2022 (edited) There are a couple of P U P ( potentially unwanted-type elements) in the history data of the EDGE browser "SYNC" section that Malwarebytes has identified as PUP.Optional.Babylon and PUP.Optional.Delta. We need to clear just about all History as well as "sync" elements on the EDGE browser. I would urge you to look at and use this Microsoft guide article View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/view-and-delete-browser-history-in-microsoft-edge-00cf7943-a9e1-975a-a33d-ac10ce454ca4 for the section titled "Clear browsing data stored on your computer" What needs to be selected to be Cleared are Browsing history Download history Cached images and files WHEN you get to the part about "Time Range" we must pick the one "For ALL Time" That is from the drop-down menu Be sure to do that. Then, there is another section to do. Do the one for "Clear browsing data stored in the cloud" Once you have done all this, do an EXIT out of Edge. Then I suggest a new Scan with Malwarebytes. Later, you can restart Edge. Edited November 21, 2023 by AdvancedSetup Corrected font issue
