francoisreme Posted May 25, 2022 ID:1516958 Share Posted May 25, 2022 Hi there. We are a small company editing some audio software. Some users are reporting that our installers triggered Malwarebytes browser block due to 'suspicious activity'. Few years ago there was a false flag on one of our installer too. What can we do for these kind of issues ? Thank you very much for your help ! Link to post

Solution gonzo Posted May 25, 2022 Solution ID:1516961 Share Posted May 25, 2022 The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. For reference, there was no problem with your site or the file in question. We err on the side of caution with regard to sites with low volume and block download of executables and Office macros. When something like this is reported, I inspect and verify the site and the download file, then whitelist. Your installers will be available for download shortly. Link to post
