Navigraph Charts Windows Desktop Application - False positive in DLL

Hi, I have Malwarebytes Premium 4.5.9.

Today MB started to quarantine  ffmpeg.dll in Navigraph Charts Desktop Application for Trojan.CobaltStrike. This causes the application to fail to run.

I have had this application installed for months with no problems. Have raised it on the Navigraph forum see link below, Navigraph are saying its a false positive and to flag it here for investigation and action.

While you are waiting for a Malwarebytes staffer to assist and render the highest accurate review, would you (1) please zip and attach that ffmpeg.dll file as well as (2) MB4's scan & protection log files for that Trojan detection:

You can find the Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location:


RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged.


If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.
